So the main direction of this blog is food microbiology, but some other food-related news will have publicity here.

With my work in the world of microbes I often found myself in a situation that there was nobody who could answer my questions (or even I could not form a good question) or I could not find practical information or education material for my lectures and practicals, so I decided to start collecting these things and to share it with others.
